Request Account & Data Deletion
To permanently delete your WOTA account and associated personal data, send an email from the address registered on your account to:
support@enterwota.comSubject line: Account Deletion Request
Include your full name and registered email address in the body of the email.
What will be deleted:
- Your WOTA account and profile information
- KYC documents and identity verification records
- Transaction-linked personal data no longer required for legal obligations
- Marketing preferences and contact list entries
What may be retained:
- Financial and transactional records required under applicable law (anti-money laundering, financial reporting)
- Records retained to comply with regulatory obligations โ typically up to 7 years where required by applicable law
