Account Deletion

Request Account & Data Deletion

To permanently delete your WOTA account and associated personal data, send an email from the address registered on your account to:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include your full name and registered email address in the body of the email.

What will be deleted:

  • Your WOTA account and profile information
  • KYC documents and identity verification records
  • Transaction-linked personal data no longer required for legal obligations
  • Marketing preferences and contact list entries

What may be retained:

  • Financial and transactional records required under applicable law (anti-money laundering, financial reporting)
  • Records retained to comply with regulatory obligations โ€” typically up to 7 years where required by applicable law
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation to your registered email address.
